这个来之澳洲 21岁的女孩绝对是一名冉冉升起的新星，她自己完成了整张专辑的词曲创作，另外还擅长弹奏吉他和钢琴！留着一头清爽短发的mis sy higgins，小时候已跟音乐结缘热爱唱歌，长大后和兄长一起在酒吧中表演。高中时，她参加了当地另类电台主办的demo歌曲 比赛，凭自己创作的歌曲赢得一致赞赏，作品还在该电台热播。虽然人气鼎盛，但missy并不忙着出碟，而是专注于巡回演出以吸取 经验。 missy的努力没有白费，她的名声远达美国，之后她投向virgin records旗下。去年初，missy筹备的首张唱片，最后单曲《scar》与大碟《the sound of white》都先后成为澳大利亚流行榜冠军。今年missy将全力进军国际市场，凭其强而有劲的歌声，加上纯熟的乐器弹奏技巧， 相信可轻易讨得乐迷的欢心。
