艺人简历:卡百利Cranberries（也叫小红莓）是一支来自爱尔兰的摇滚乐队，组建于一九九零年五月，Ｄｏｌｏｒｅｓ自三岁起就开始唱歌，十几岁时开始弹钢琴并且自己作曲。她很早就开始找寻志同道合的伙伴组建一支乐队。Ｎｏｅｌ，Ｍｉｋｅ和（Ｆｅｒｇａｌ）曾经用各自的乐器在一起玩了两年音乐，期间，他们在一个叫做"The Cranberry Saw Us"的乐队中唱了六个月。

　　为了更好地在另一支乐队中发展，"The Cranberry Saw Us"中的成员Ｎｉａｌｌ决定退出乐队。她离开时把她的朋友，也是一位歌手推荐给了这支乐队，她就是－－Ｄｏｌｏｒｅｓ！Ｎｏｅｌ完成了几段音乐，他正想把它编成歌曲，Ｍｉｋｅ和我也作着自己的工作，但是一段时间以后，他们觉得乐队没有没有抒情歌曲和适合唱这些歌曲的人很单调。五月的一个晚上，他们正在排练歌曲，这时Ｄｏｌｏｒｅｓ夹着一个键琴走了进来。他们向她问了一声好，便觉得有点尴尬。因为当时有五六个朋友在场，说实话，他们很怕她出丑。可是当她拿起键琴演奏音乐的时候，他们全都惊呆了。他们把Ｎｏｅｌ的歌曲演奏给她听，她很喜欢这种风格，于是我们给了她一卷带子，约了她下周一起排练。

　　一周很快就过了，这天，他们独自四人在排练室里，Ｄｏｌｏｒｅｓ说她跟喜欢他们给她的带子，他们决定一起演奏这些歌曲，于是他们弹起了Ｌｉｎｇｅｒ她开始演唱。（上帝的安排）

　 他们排练了三四个星期，然后他们开始录音，试试效果如不如意。他们兴奋的发现，效果太棒了接下来，他们忙着找一个合适的唱片公司。不久以后，Ｓｅｔｔ，他们的一个在唱片公司工作的朋友建议他们寄一些他们的带子到唱片公司，看看能不能签合约，接下来的一个月，他们不断地在爱尔兰和英国寻找唱片公司，许多唱片公司也都找到了他们。

　　首张专辑《Everybody Elesis Doing it,so Why Can''t We?》即获得巨大成功，第二张专辑《No need　to Argue》发行时，卡百利已是一只世界级的乐队了，而且，由于主唱Delores O.Riordan的缘故，使许多人开始致力于咽音发声技术（象王菲在转型时便是如此是的）。1996年推出的《To The Faithful Departed》在世界范围内引起极大轰动。1999年推出的《动物本能》使中国掀起了“卡百利热潮”使更多的人真正了解到这只优秀的乐队，其中，“Ode TO My Family”、“You and Me”、“Sorry Son”等都成为脍炙人口的歌曲。
